Looks like Myspace is revamping the entire site.
Do you think that the layout codes and everything might become obsolete? Myspace might change the entire way the profiles work etc... So I guess
The cloud of uncertainity now looms over if you have a MSRS. lol

Go to myspace and open your eyes. You'll notice that is slowly turning Web2.0.
They just rolled out the new user backend a few days ago.
Not to mention the whole sleth of spam controls for users.
there definalty up to something, there probably re-coding the entire site without taking it offline is what there doing.

So what I am getting at here is if they change the way the profiles are displayed then all he MSRS sites are going to be in for some trouble.

Well the layout codes are just basic html, xhtml, css, ect. I think it will still work. Maybe a few minor changes to the templates will need to be made, but I doubt it. I know Myspace would take layouts into consideration and try to make it to where this doesn't happen because their users would be unhappy.

Unless myspace had two options either users can change there profile page to a new web2.0 look or keep it as it is would be something they might be going to use like they do in the new user backend you can use the old theme or the new one.

well myspace also sells layouts and such so i very much doubt they will change codes... you will see the Simpson profiles and Simpson comments and so forth on official myspace pages
