Anytime a visitor tries to leave a site and they are shown a popup or taken to an exit page is a violation.

Thats the beauty with Google...you never know exactly what is was you have done to get banned or to be penalized and put into the sandbox. I had a site put into the sand box for 3 months and I have no idea why...my best guess is that I built too many links too fast. But I'll never know.

Your up the creek though because you are banned. I would get rid of the CPALead survey and send a reconsideration request through Webmaster Tools!

    Dude, seriosuly?

You've been banned because you used the CPAlead gateway thing. Removing it won't change much for at least 3-4 months.

So I should keep it there?

Thousands of sites use CPALead and cpalead.com says googles OK with it

Reading this post i find some things weird. Using the tool on p1 i found one of my old sites has a very high penalty rank though at the same time it shows up on google for its keywords. Is there any way of knowing if that tool is actually accurate?

I'm sorry to force you. Please contact your DNS provider about what I have said.

I say you again because sources I can access about your site suggest that some one else is registered on that domain previously.

I'm very sure no one has had this domain before...

I've checked the site index before I bought the domain and nothing showed up

Maybe I am wrong about CPA lead. Actually this morning one of my client sites got their home page banned.

It seems my coworker was buying text links. So this could be the reason you got banned if indeed you are buying text link.

And you must to generate 100k visitors through referral traffic.

CPALead is bad for search engines? will they ban?

Half of my traffic is referral, the rest is split between direct and search

    I do not buy Links...

With good SEO work id guess that www.streamsportslive.com would get good SE traffic anyway...

Though being new it could just jump in and out of google as loads of sites seem to do when new

Do you know what web18.justhost.com is?

As the ssl cert on your site is showing a warning because its valid for that site instead

If not id contact your hosts as your on the same server and this could be the prob...

That URL is the Hostname of the Server.

I use JustHost Shared Hosting and they have cPanel.

I guess im on their 18th server.

I don't have an SSL Cert, I don't even know why it was there...

Im no expert but it looks like its them thats got it and not you, thats what the records say anyway

You need to get in touch with your hosts as it seems to be them causing the problem

I can tell you the problem... COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT most major sports organizations have tracking software that tracks there copyrighted content specially on major search engines... and if your goal is to SEO it then you would really need to be an expert coder and know what your doing otherwise you might aswell kiss all major search engines goodbye and stick to your black hat traffic sources also specially if your using an actual gateway to block your content...
I can tell you this from years and years of experience... you should have just asked me anyway he he...
