I cant access my web page via my laptop but I know other people can and even in work today I could access it. I had work done to the site over the weekend and now I fear that the person doing the work has blocked my IP address from viewing the site I cant even get into my admin part is there anyway I can check this/do it so I can view my site. Any help will be great!!!!

Do you view the site and can not log-in or is it that you totally cant reach it?
if it's just your home IP tha's no big deal. maybe U can even change your home IP

    Hi,

Try using a proxy such as http://megaproxy.com/freesurf/

It is possible that you were either automatically blocked or that someone intentionally blocked your IP address. I would suggest you contact your host and/or website administrator to resolve this issue.
