Seems pretty risky...and I would wait to see what the longer term effects might be. I still have to wonder is sticking with your established first site might be better. Personally, I don't put that much faith in 301 redirects...although there is really no better option.

I guess if your main goal is to throw-off your competitors...then this may be a good technique. I'll give you credit...it is creative.

If you have adsense on your page you will get banned for hiding links.

Its a good interesting technical formula..but..is really a kind of tempering which may have negative impacts...Its like... you are playing with the Search engines....and if get caught...!!!!!! I don't know how does SE gonna take it..... So...appreciate your courage and attitude but its kinda risky...Bro...

i think there's nothing wrong with the technique, this just like an old site pointing to the new domain using 301 redirect.

    Exactamondo...
What I didn't mention is its Yahoo that doesn't pick them up. Google may I don't know. I'm getting traffic from google not yahoo. so there could be neg/pos effects with either one..becuase yahoo might look differnetly upon the 301 backlinks. But Google is certinaly counting the 301 links as good links...making the site rank well.. but only reporting poor backlinks in yahoo..brilliant

btw someone gave me a red rep for this thread.
    saying "fuck blog spam"
Sorry but its my article, I wrote and its my blog I'm just giving you the info...
