I think I finally found a design.

there's still loads of space on the right of the page - why not use that for adverts too?

 

The main page is at a resolution of 800. I'm scared to extend the page past that for people who have lower resolutions and I don't want to make the tables at 100% because it might ruin the design. The blank space does annoy me, but, I don't know of any other way to fix this. Thank you for your response.

 

Maybe if it can help: what about centering the whole page ? You keep the width at 800 or so and simply center everything, so the white space will be on left and right not only on the right.

I like it, but I didn't see it before you changed it. I think it's got a very professional feel to it and the adsense placement seems pretty good. Only problem I found was witht he advertisement at the extreme bottom of the page, looked really out of place on everything else.

 

Thanx.... The bottom links don't have a place yet. The page is going to be longer and these ads will split the page. I used to feel that a page should never go below the fold, but, I feel that in this case, I don't want my visitors to get lost.
