I think I confused Google

I manage two websites. One is my personal one and one is the family company's.

If you type in www.companydomain.com the server that hosts my company site serves the request.

If you type in personaldomain.com or www.personaldomain.com my server (situated on the network with the company mail server but not the web server) will handle the request.

    All is fine so far...

But... If you type in companydomain.com then my server handles the request and uses .htaccess to redirect to www.companydomain.com.

Apparently, the hosting company think it's because the mail server that handles mail to the company domain has the same WAN as my web server.

However, if you type in www.personaldomain.com to Google www.companydomain.com comes top of the SERP, indicating I've been cloaking, which I haven't. Also, Google has assigned personaldomain.com the PR of companydomain.com.

    Is this bad?
