    Hello!
I am surprised that such a big company could do something like this.

I paid for my adwords account and invested 35$. I made 2 campaigns with ad placement on various sites and both of them are active and working, however many days have passed and I have received exactly 0 impressions and 0 clicks.

My ads aren't being displayed on the sites and it seems that there is nothing I can do.

I contacted adwords and they didn't respond.

    What could be the problem?

Should I take legal action against google?

Has anyone encountered something like this before?

lol legal action for what exactly ?

They havent stolen your money im guessing you still have it in ur account, there will be a good reason why your getting 0 impressions and 0 clicks, most likely because your bids are too low !

Your problem will be down the way your account is set up, adwords can be quite tricky to use, so you need to do some research, email them again or ring them, they are slow to mail back because ive tryed it myself im guessing its because they get so many emails.

It sounds like your actual budget is too low. You need someone to check the structure of your account as it sounds like there is an interior problem...

How can I know if my bids are too low? My cpc is 0.30!
Okay, so money is in the account, but I can't get it back, can I?
I can't get the 5$ back also. Okay, that's not lot of money, but we are talking about principles here, people.

If I get an account and pay for it, I expect it to work!

What is that about? I didn't say I do not have money. I do. I just never used adwords and am pissed off that it doesn't work and they do not give an explanation.

I wanted to test it, so I put 35$ and got scammed. If I would have put 350$, I would lose 350$ instead of 35$. I always test small.

I set up a campaign, site placement. Placed 35$ on everyday budget. Transferred the money. How can they NOT show the ads? Everything is in place.

It's not a scam. You probably won't get any bids because the keywords you are bidding on is high competition and therefore your ads won't show. Try upping your bid or find alternative lower cost keywords.

Just giving you hard time. Other are probably correct, you're bidding way to low on competitive keywords.

I do not use keywords. I use site placement. Why aren't they telling me how much I have to bid? How can I know that?

    That is your whole problem...

You can't run the account solely on Placements, you need keywords to accompany the targetted websites.

Yes, placements without keywords are like automobiles without petrol.

I'm sure once you've added some keywords to your campaigns, things will improve.

Guys, I did place on targeted websites. I just didn't use search engine traffic! I placed on websites highly related to my niche!
