I haven't done any of that so it's weird that they're counting them as invalid. Oh well doesn't really matter, I just thought it was strange.
You do not necessary need to generate invalid click, your visitors are perfectly capable of doing that. Say if a visitor comes and see your website then see an adsense ad which attracts him and he clicks it then after that he returns back to your site and then browse further and then see another ad and click it. The second click would be taken as invalid since the visitor would be logging in with the same IP address as he did minutes or hours before. Or say maybe students in a computer lab all visits your website and then click on your adsense, even though all the students are individuals and not the same person, they may be sharing IP address and thus the 2nd click onwards would be considered invalid. The other thing is that at times when there are no ads which matches your keywords, Public Service Advertisements would show up and if anyone clicks on those, you get nothing. Then the sad fact is that you may have competitors or people who simply have something againsts you may go to your webpage and start clicking all your ads. That would make it all invalid. Google Adsense system may not be perfect but since they are willing to offer you a share of their profits and you paid nothing to sign up, be thankful for what you got. Like I said at the offset, do not put too much relevance on Adsense income for a living or to pay for expenses, take it as bonus income. Run your website because you believe in your contents and because of your passion and not for the sake of making advertisement income.
It is fine with google and it need not cheat any one. After all they are some one's ads and google is also paid for it. Rather we can concentrate on seo,link building...
google doing the best of what they can do? neither we complain or be angry with them, guess what? out of nothing we are getting paid atleast some amount for the sites.
google is well recognized company why he will cheat anyone for some cents or $. Maybe its mybloglog mistake no matter how is right and who is wrong, in adsense we r just a middle man. Will u like to lose ur other $ ofcourse u will not. So just enjoy ur life and good earnings.
Use only adsense stats to see the number of clicks. I think all other scripts will not show the correct info. I think Google isn't cheating
well i think you got your answer....but can any one points towards how to track your clicks apart from adsense....anyone?
