    American here. Mexican American. Or whatever it is we go by these days.

    I don't get it. Why is it that India produces a lot of web masters/designers? I know Microsoft uses them as technical support help because it's cheaper than paying Americans to do it (just like Sprint uses Mexico for Spanish technical support), but I could never figure out why India's main technical career is online related.

    Yes, india does produce a lot of webmasters. But it might be due to the large population. I beleive the percentage of webmasters in india is still very low as compared to that in US or European countries.

    Hi ... don't know where DP users hale from, but can say that 99% are top quality women and men. When I buy a service or report or whatever, it's tops. DP is the only site where sincere comments and answers are offered. Before I was referred, to DP, by a user on another forum, my site grossed about $20. In the few months I've frequented DP, I learned to generate more than 200 times the previous amount. So, DP is quality women and men, and I don't care, at all, from where they hale. Am just grateful. I know, I run on too much, but it's true. BTW: am Canadian, who spent a lot of my life on the eastern seaboard of the USA.

    I don`t think over 60% of the members are indians, because by the looks of this http://forums.digitalpoint.com/usermap.php There is about 40% americans, 15% European,s 15%Indians, 15 %china.


    I`m not indian by the way. I`m Mexican American/ Chicano/ whatever you want to call it.
