    i think that is proof enough that you stole the design.

    What's so strange about this statistic. It's a CTR of less than 4%. There are many AdSense publishers who average higher than that.

    I wasn't. I quickly uploaded the template to my site after my other template broke.

    This has been resolved. If you visit http://www.poundgames.com, I've already changed the proxy template back to the original one (That phproxy uses).

    I don't see why I should recieve infraction for this, if I've already changed it.

    Google won't ban or even warn a person if they see a spike in traffic which results in more clicks unless the spike in traffic was a result of illegally generated traffic.
