I submited the wrong W-9?

    I submitted a w-9 form that says Rev 2007 on top left. Does that mean i submited the wrong tax form?

    No it just means it was revised in 2007.

    Lol maybe you should have (if you have one) a legal guardian do your taxes for you :)
