    Congrats. How did you mange to quit exactly.

    I have been trying to quit for a long time and succeeded also but I always somehow manage to start smoking again after a few weeks or months.

    But I am planning to quit also for the umpteenth time again in a few weeks.

    I'd appreciate any advice for those people that have stopped smoking. My girlfriend smokes and it drives me nuts! She says she wants to stop but doesn't know how. Any advice besides "just stop?" lol
