Ive been on and off smoking from 20 a day.

Only time i smoke now is when i drink, i find it hard to not to when drinking.

Pretty easy rest of the time.

Congratulations -- its well worth the effort to stop smoking. It took me a few tries too before I finally got rid of that habbit. It's been 8 years now and I feel great :)

    Congratulations. You're doing really well.

It's definitely not an easy thing to do at all. I've quit since mid April and feel so much better for it.

O My buddy that's what I have just started to do. There's a horrible night on few days ago that I was breathless and hard to respire.I expected the death was approching me at that horrible and terrible night . That was very obviously caused by my somking addiction. It felt like my windpipe and lung were crammed by somethings so that I was not respirable. I could not tell my parents about that despite my misery since they don't even know nor like this shitty habit at all. So that I just depressingly waited for the death on that night and thought of many things that were never cared by me before, such as my childhood, my parents, my friends, my girlfriends ...........and the beginning of my somking habit. I just wrote a posthumous paper and pray for an exchange : quitting from smoking and going to the church regularly in exhange for being health...

Fortunately, I still got up and saw the sunshine at the next morning and I knew that I was still alive.......how amazing it is...

Smoking causes less damage than drug abuse, that's a common excuse for not quitting from smoking. In fact, it's disastrous that you have to pay for it someday if you dont stop it.
