Hey, Everybody have their own reason and I have mine in terms of smoking.. There's no right or wrong in this particular situation. Hanging tough my friend... Thanks for the moral support that I have received here..

Super!! Congrats! I am 22 already and I am yet to start smoking. My friends are now trying to quit smoking for health concerns and i am yet to start.may be, i will stay away from it.
I am happy to hear that you stop smoking , smoking is very harmful . I am sure you will lead a happy life without tobacco.
My charity-sponsored website is about making a promise to quit smoking. I think you'll find the Youtube video playlist I've got there is particularly cool: a mixture of ads, advice and personal experiences. Watch them all in order for maximum effect! By signing up for free you can also get free encouragement emails on the promises you have made to help keep you focused. http://www.promiseaid.com/promises/quitsmoking/ I hope you find this useful. Good luck with giving up smoking! Would be great to have some of you share your stories on my site Thanks
Very nice! Only good can follow from stoping smoking, its easy if you have little thought control, the body does not need cigarettes, the mind thinks it needs...
Good for you ! I wish I could give up, I enjoy it so much... A few months back I set my give up date to November 1st, Im hoping I stick with it, seeing my mum and dad, now older sister giving up, its my turn next.
Congrats on your success, in future dont get back to smoking. Keep up the good work. Its harmfull not only to you but those who live around you. Now must show determination and never go back to smoking.
congrates brother. I have been thinking about quiting smoking too. Not a chain smooker. do it rarely but hate it. Lets hope i'll be able to quite it too like you.
Keep it up. It is good for you and your family' health, even it is hard to stop it. My friend, she stops smoking for 3 months now, she feels so good about it, and saved her lot of money on it.
Stick with it - and don't give up on quitting even if you slip. I've been cig-free for two years now but it took a solid year before the cravings really went away. So you really have to treat yourself like you're an alcholic or whatever and constantly remind yourself that you're weaning yourself off an addiction and that you need to fight this for your own health's sake. One day you might have grandkids and it would be nice to be around to know them. Don't be like my uncle who smoked all his life and was healthy in other ways, not overweight, ate well, but he died in his early 60's and believe me, that's just too damned young. Dan
