I wonder if what shall I do considering that according to there mails they would return the funds for 3-4 business day but 4 days have past and I still not get my refund for the failed transactions. I wonder if what shall I need to do because they have said in e-mail that a customer specialist would contact me but until now I did not get any mail from them. What shall I need to do should I need to dispute them in my paypal?. Or should I need to call them but I have no idea how to contact them because I am just new in xoom.
You will surely get your refund from xoom. Don't panic. Send them email through their support system and call them to their contact number given at their site here.
