I still haven't received my January payment

You have to wait two or three days more for normal delivery....

how can i Apply for a reissue?

 

You have the right to request a reissue if your check didn't reached you by Feb. 25. Send email message to support asking them to reissue your check.

 

Doesn't asking for a reissue make the other check void if it does show up? Had this problem with the PIN.

There you can see the payment and earning summery
Below that "payment schedule" is there
you can see a section of "Month after payment is issued"
there is a link mentioned for reissue cheque, click there and enter your check details; that you can copy and paste from your payment "issued detials"

reissue will take at least two months...

i got it.

reissue form i see "Check Number:" field .

now my question is " Payment Number: 03799**** is a Check Number:???

 

After a month chances of the check showing up is slim to nil.

Definitely reissue, and you may want to check your address and info while you are at it. Can never be to careful.

 

you should set up direct deposit for your money it be much easier for you
