Ya and anyone can do it, very easily. I opened mine through my bank (Bank of America) and it was all online. Took about 15 minutes to open, select mutual funds, and fund my account. I wish I would have started saving when I was 18. Excellent planning. With the market so depressed right now it is also an excellent time to pick up stocks in quality companies at bargain basement prices. Good luck going forward.
