I sold a site about 2-3 months ago. When i sold it i never said there was any time to take it off my server but i sent 2 emails within 2 weeks saying you need to take it off by a set date as im getting rid of the server theyre on.

That was around 2 months ago. I still actually have the server but im getting rid in about 3 days, and they havnt taken the sites contents off. I did have a copy on my old computer to send to him but that broke and so i dont have a copy anymore. I could get another copy but i dont have the time which is why i sold the site in the first place. I can still transfer the domain, but they havnt even asked for that.
If i lose the site do i have to refund the money seen as i have contacted them? Im just kind of thinking why should i go out of my way if theyve been using my hosting for 3 months and cant be bothered to transfer it.

They bought the site for around $100-200
