I sell VCCs and Verified Paypal Accounts <--- Questions of legality

Hi all,

I have a paypal account with a Kenyan address but i need to verify this account.

Please tell me how to verify this paypal account,can i use paypal plus card or vcc to verify this account and where can i get them?

Someone please help me out,i am ready to pay for this,thanks.

Well, vcc's are never safe, as using vcc resembles you are doing fraud with paypal. So better use credit card.
You can also look at www.payoneer.com for debit cards and virtual U.S bank account.

 

Its not fraud, it is literally legitmate "credit cards", that you can use to verify your account. I mean, Virtual US bank accounts are all well and good but it overcomplicates a simple matter.

 

Yes absolutely .even i am in VCC Selling Business from longtime.

The procedure of buying vcc is very easy .I remember i used to sell Vcc for 8$ for adwords/paypal and facebook .The good thing about them is that they can be used for many other purposes also.Like you can use these VCC for Adult signups .They are perfect Replacement for a credit card .

Since Selling vccs is no more allowed in Dp . i have stopped selling it here .

 

Selling vcc is not allowed here . i am sorry also Vcc does not seem to work on these adwords account anymore .they trace and deactivate the acount.i think it only works on Paypal as if now .

 

It still works on Adwords if you have a certain VCCs

 

register with payoneer.com and it is the best and easiest way to do it. cos they sends you a US debit card which can verify paypal as a US customer.

I simply create the paypal account and the VCc for cheap. Simple and after that no more hassles.

 

i think vcc in US is not applicable in other paypal country. Am i right?
