Well, as long as you are sure all the pages in your XML sitemap are non-duplicates (wit real content) I think it's OK.
Since you're seeing this in your sitemap's section in webmaster tools,you have very little to do with it. Removing the dynamic strings from those URL's will result in duplicate issues.Of course you can delete the previous URL's but you may have to compromise should that URL's be indexed by Google earlier. I remember I read somewhere that Google announced that webmasters need not worry about dynamic contents in URL's,be the URL in any format,our BOT will be able to crawl them. So,chill bro..
