I see Gibberish in the cached pages

    I did defined the characters in the META tag
    charset=ISO-8859-8
    The page contains separate paragraphs of English or Hebrew texts.
    The English paragraphs are OK.
    The Hebrew is all Gibberish.
    I think the crawler used the UTF charset.
    Is there any way to say the crawler that I am using ISO.
