    Licences... What are they needed and used for??

    Off Topic- anybody know a good freelancing site?? Where I can hire a programer.. A legit and good one please :) thank you

    Licenses...each script or anything that selling in internet have some license, Reseller Licence, Massive Reseller License, Private Lable Rights...some one restricted reselling or duplicating also...

    best one you can find is elance but fees costly, for cheap fees and better programers go to scriptlance(.)com

    Ok, one what is a private lable rights?? Also... How can I obtain a license and what does a license do...?? lol.. sorry Im a BIG nooby right now..
