I am pretty sure you are talking about linking 2+ accounts together. Such as an incentive one and a non incentive one so you can see the earnings on one page.

    Hey,
Well on the "Account - > User Settings" you can see Add User.
    Just wonder what it is.

To be honest, i am looking for a way to add "users" to CJ so they will use my main account to earn money while i get commissions.

It just adds multiple users to your account, so they don't have to use the master account to login into CJ. So if you have an employee working for you, they can login with their own username and run reports

    Hey adrock1795,
I see, and the employee can't sign-up to affiliates right?

I am looking for a way to get employees add their own affiliate links and add them to my website so they can earn the commission and i earn some kind of commission as well.

Maybe i should email CJ for such model?

you could use the SID to see whos earning commission.
    example is rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-1751-2978-159/1?aid=xxxxxxx&pid=xxxxxxx&sid=user1
the id "user1" would show up in reports with how much commission he made and the dates.

CJ does not offer 2 tier commission so you can get paid from other affiliates that sign up under you.

So what adrock1795 is talking about is a way for you to track it yourself.
All the tracking would be for your 1 account but you would track their efforts with unique IDs then you'd have to calculate how much each earned and pay them part of your commission.

    Hey 5starAffiliates,
    Thanks for the honest answer.

I still not get the full picture.
To track what? if i can't let my employees to sign-up under my account - what i should track?

This is my goal actually, to make a niches directory and let my employees sing-up and add products to the directory.
While they earn a number of % commission, i get number of % commission from their affiliate orders.
