For example, sites showing ads may not provide instructions or equipment to illegally access or tamper with software, servers, or websites" please help me to explain this in a simple term for a beginner please thnks

Don't tell or encourage any one to click your ads. Just continue your writing/update on your blog you can earn more money from adsense.
