What are the specs you are looking for and why are you looking for a trial? Wouldn't a refund policy/money back guarantee policy be sufficient?
I think no one will be able to give you a free one month trial for a VPS. If its shared hosting then you might get some offers.
I don't think many VPS providers will give you a free trial. On a side note I have a VPS with IGXHost and have been very happy. Why not try their cheapest VPS for 1 month? Jack

Plus, they have some special offers and currently a 50% off first month coupon which you can use and get the VPS for like 4.50$ or about ... its not a lot and its relatively cheap for the high quality of service they offer. Some VPS providers might be willing to provide to you the 2nd month free, I've seen offers such as this around. This way the host gets confirmation that you are willing to pay after the trial, and confirms you have a valid payment method and can actually pay off the invoices generated for your account.
i can provide my card details as required for a trial........... Specs are, bandwidth 100gb space is not a big issue and i require access to script execution time in php.ini file..................
With VPSes you get root access to the server, so the php.ini file can be entirely configured to your liking
