Buying I require a simple script created to delete lines from a txt file

    The basic script will have two inputs:
    1) a list of web urls (up to 50000) with each url on a new line
    2) a list of root domains (up to 2000), with each domain on a new line

    The script will delete any web url i.e. the complete url/line in List1 that contains any one of the domains in List2

    Once finished removing all urls in List1 that were found in List2, it will write the remaining urls to a new file (user chosen directory & file name) and save.
    This is to be all done via a browser i.e. uploading of files, deletion & creation of files & directories.

    Script must be able to run on Linux std hosting such as Hostgator without having script timeout/memory issues.
