    Sounds reasonable but I don't know how removing a script can increase your earnings.... focusing on traffic stats scripts. Was your load time very much off? This sounds kind of strange to me.

    After reading the post regarding statcounter and adsense, i decided to give it a try, so i removed the statcounter code for 4 days and i was amazed my earnings just tripled. In starting i was unable to figure out why it happened, but after a detailed study of the stats of adsense account i noticed that my eCPM had shot up 4 times , i am getting same CTR but effective CPM has become 4 times. After that i reapplied the statcounter code and to my horror my eCPM again gone down...

    So after an analysis i have now decided to pullout the statcounter code from all of my websites...

    I will update about the earnings after 2 weeks....

    ( if anyone figure out why this happens, please update here):)

    @ricktaylor thats really strange..I neer knew that this could happen..I use sitemeter rather than statcounter..would that also have the same effect...!

    And yes how about google analytics tool..would removing that also benefit me in any way..

    Yeah. Even though it may not have an effect, I'm also going to
    take off Statcounter. Analytics is far more trustworthy and effective.

    Agree with you, just coincidence. There is no need to use the counter, too. what for? I just use google analytic. That's enough.

    I agree 100% - His last post didnt increase anyones earnings - just got a lot of people to waste time and effort. When someone is trying to sell with techniques like this you just have to hear the warning bells - Credibility = 0%

    Thank you for the tips, anything is worth a try to increase earnings. Through this thread I am going to clean up all my websites to see if the Adsense earnings increase. I feel bad for people who only try to help others and then get slated for it, why do that!!!??? I really don't think ttomp13 was plugging his video on purpose and I think he has some good ideas about Adsense.
