    It Says:

, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

    1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
    2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
What should I do. Please Help me.

I would suggest you start by reading the rules. If you do chances are that you will have all your answers as to why....;)

P.S. (time to be nice) O.K. get your 3 likes, get established and you won't encounter these issues anymore, good luck to you.

Well, it says exactly what it says in plain english.

You're not authorized to access the page.

Read the forum rules. If you think something is wrong on the site, find a "contact us" page and post your report.

Guys please read the title carefully , he says this happened some where else on another forum & he didn't mean it here in DP.
So providing solution to become established member here in DP , won't help him to access the page from a third party forum :)

Anyway coming to the point , this normally happens in forums that are powered by VBULLETIN.
This guys would haven't logged into his membership a/c for long or he would have not got the necessary privileges to access the secured page.
Best thing is to read their RULES OF FORUMS on how to get rid of that restrictions.

He posted in this forum's support and feedback section which implies he needed help with THIS forum. We just figured his english was poor and tried to help him with THIS forum.
