Phishing if you do not know it. Better, do not click on any of the link and first thing, delete the email. You can check your accounts by login to them - type the bank url manually and do not click them.

Yeah, I've seen stuff like that a lot. That and people saying that they're going on mission trips and need money or they were scammed some thousands of dollars and want donations. Unless your actual bank contacts you via phone and has your information without you giving it to them, don't ever trust e-mails.

Yes you should be worried if you can't tell a simple email spam from looking at it.

If I received this email the first thing I would do is hit the 'Delete' button. My bank (and many others) only correspond via mail and telephone. Any emails that regard a bacnk account I just delete. I would check with my bank to see what they have to say. If my bacnk have nothing to report I know it's all good!

They sent it to an email address you don't use for your business, and it claims to be from a site you don't have an account with - short of heading it with WE ARE TRYING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY in red letters, you couldn't really have had more clues that it's a phishing scam, now could you;)

I haven't seen a bank use cgi before either lol

Seriously, if you can't tell this is a scam, and you don't know the difference between a real email and a scam, you need to disconnect the internet now.

look at the header of the email - see if it came from the source it says it came from. Do an IP lookup on the sender...
