    You can verify your credit card there?
    if yes so contact to PayPal customer care.
    If not so your monthly limit is left.

    enter your bank account details as account holder name, account number, address etc. it will take some time to veryfiy your account. your transction will remain limited because you shoud use credit card nubmer for unlimited use.
