I really want to know that whtat's the programa that you use to build a website !

Except Wordpress ,which is to build blog ,what are the progams that you use to build a new website?Frontpage?

It depends, either you want fresh designing and development of the blog or want to use customizable tools or projects..

Wordpress is customizable but if you want fresh development

Go with php web technology and designing in dream weaver because it is more professional than MS Front page.
You can also use other web technology like asp.net.

1. Joomla
2. Drupal
3. Other CMS

Software to make website
1. Dreamweaver
2. Notepad (yes you can make anything just with notepad), notepad ++
3. Netbeans
4. try googling it, you can get a bunch of results

 

XSite Pro, but really, you should learn at least the basics of php and html.
