Hi guys here is my problem....i ran a flash game website which is 99games.ws and i am using av arcade script to run the site.....but i want to change my template codes,colors and design in a way that it looks like this website: http://www.gazo.com In order to make that happend, im thinkiing of hiring someone trough elance.com but when you post a job, you have to put how many hours you need for the job to be done and the thing is that i know nothing about programing and i have not a clue about how many hours such a work could require.... please tell me how many hours a good developer need to make the work thank you very much
