First of all you just remove you fear. second I dint found much content on your page so first concentrate on it then start link building.

Azher probably means WRITTEN content (text/articles) and he's right, there is not much of it. But that is important for rankings "only", not for PR. In order to achieve PR you need inbound links (links on other sites that point to your site). The more the better - and preferably high PR pages. About 1-2 links on PR 4 pages will give you a PR 2 or you need about 100 links on PR 1 pages to get the same PR 2 About 3 links on PR 4 pages = PR 3 About 18 links on PR 4 pages = PR 4

Don't know where you go those figures from, but they are wrong. The amount of PR credit you gets depends upon the number of outbound links on the page.. it's not a fixed amount! J
I looked at your site - it seems you don't have any SEO on it. Work first on your seo - tagging, keywords, etc. Then do a link building campaign. Actually I checked your site and it seems you already gained some traffic, thats great - congrats!
Use this tool http://www.diagnosticoweb.com/ and you will find Google has 501 of you pages index, Yahoo has 1 and MSN 0. Your site only started a month ago. It takes a while to get there. With over 500 pages indexed by Google that should get you a PR2 in the next update. But to go higher than that you need to add content almost everyday as well as get related one way inbound links to you site, from as high a PR that you can find.

Well...First of all, you have to target keywords using Google Keyword tools, seo tools etc..After that you have to start working on content part...Prepare quality content and update regularly because (as people says) don't having quality content on blogs. @zexy is right...you have to learn more about SEO before get traffics. Either someone has hacked your site or you have a very spammy (in my opinion) site....the site tried to load malware and redirected me all over the place.
I dont know why you are scared if you will get banned for writing on your own website ! To get PR, build links with good,relevant sites and also write quality content which is not already available in the net. They call it the virgin information. Also try submitting your sites to the free web directories and join sites like digg,stumble upon to popularise your blog. Nothing will happen over night. Give it some time and you can see some number 1,2 or 3 soon.
