I really need somebodys help and advice

    I'm inteested in buying a website and need advice on whether I'm getting a good price or not! The website is here and he is going to sell it to me for $50..... if anybody can help please pm me and I'll have the analytics stats and adsense stats ready!!! Please and thank you!

    It hasnt finished the transfer yet........ or thats what i think it is. There is a site there but idk what we stil have to do...
