    Hello,
    Briefly, I've this link (http://evry1falls.freevar.com/VB6/vb6_db_report.html) it's a 9 parts tutorial ,
and I'm not earning anything out of it, though I'm getting not low traffic (500 a day) from just this link above.

    Is it the Niche ?
Please suggest any idea ... I'm desperate here for an advise !

VB6 is a very old product now, it's almost 15 years old. Imagine if you had content and tutorials featuring current products like VB2012 (Which is available for free in its Express Edition) how much more traffic and interested visitors you'd have.

You should also consider registering a domain name of your own, you'd gain extra visibility. Perhaps use WordPress or a content management platform such as Drupal, for example.

    Hope this helps.

    Very informative ...
    Thanx ...
So you are saying that the problem is the content itself ... Right ?

    Sort of.

The "What" part of your tutorial is all right to me. It's the "How" part that isn't right in my opinion.

It's great to explain to people how to build a phone book application, DB reports, etc. The problems is, to me, that your tutorial explains how to do so, using several outdated tools/products. Content-wise, that's the only problem I see.

Did you consider updating this tutorial with more recent version of Visual Basic, Crystal Report, etc?

    Actually I have the Phone-Book tutorial in VB2010, Access2007, SAP CR 14 ...
But, your point is 100% true ...
I think I will stop writing about vb6 and take more care about the VS2010 and 2012 from now on
