Running can help you a lot. *Diet is Key. But at the end of the day be realistic to your self (setting Goals) Smoking is so hard to stop, But if you can do it your life will be so much better let alone your looks. Quitting smoking may lead you to get some more weight. It is not hard to stop smoking , I knew several ppls here who were smoking since years , they just decided I am quitting the smoking then it is all. Maybe you can quit smoking step by step , I mean if you were smoking 10 cigars a day, then making it go down day by day Good luck with quitting smoking
