I've been paying a max of $10 per domain... I'd kinda put them right about there... Based on the "names". They both look to have been around for a while though, so it is not like they were "just registered" as many of the domains that come up for sale/valuation here are. So on that merrit, I'd add a few buck. Perhaps $20 each total. Neither one has a spot of PR from what I can see. On that note I would retract about $10 each. Both have some indexed pages, but no backlinks on 5v.org. 130 backlinks for i-q.com, but what's the use given there is no PR coming out of those links. So a little up for the backlinks and a little down for the lack of backlinks... I'm pretty much back to $10 a peice. There's no real value. "i-q.com" is kinda neat, like "ig", but the "dash" is useless IMHO, always has been... Just a clever way to get a name that does not exist. Unless your corporate name is Harley-Davidson or Wal-Mart, the "dash" makes no logical sense, and really does not do anything for the value.
