Laptop Gamers was started last Sunday and it just finished its first week being on the net. Here is the Sitemeter growth chart for the week. As you can see, the site has been growing at over 100% per day! I don’t expect this level of growth to keep up and I haven’t decided at what page view level I want to get the site to. So far, the site is monetized with Google AdSense and TTZ Media Network ads. I will be adding Vibrant Media text links later. That should bring the site income to $50 per day. Not bad for a one week old site.
It's not that hard to increase traffic by 100% per day right now since the site traffic is still pretty low. However, this will be harder to keep up once traffic reaches the higher levels. The stats program is provided by www.sitemeter.com
Good Job! So how did you get your articles on all those PR6 sites? Do you own those sites? Were the articles submited to traditional web article submissions sites?
The articles were not submitted to any submissions service. I know the owners of those PR6 sites. I asked them to give me a plug. A request from me does not go un-answered. Just like real life, it's as much as about who know know than what you know.
Must say that it's so easy in english speaking world. When I try to do something similar with a language that is spoken only 5 million persons in whole world, it's hard to get 600 visitors per day.
A little update. Laptop Gamer finished January with 31,000 page views and $112.50 of Google income. Income from TTZ Media Network and Vibrant Media brought the month total to $272.50. I expect to easily beat this for February.
erm .. totally nice. my website only earn 1.90 1month hummmm... need to change layout and content i think full renovate
You had mentioned using Vibrant media text links in the future? Would that go against the google TOS regarding the use of other contextual ads on the same page or will you separate them out on different pages? Just curious...
You will have to email Google about that. They deal with it on a case by case basis. The Google TOS is not written in stone. If you're worth enough to them, they will interpret the TOS to your liking.
I agree with that - the site design is a total sideshow, it's the traffic that matters. And how you get traffic? With quality content. With creating more and more quality content you'll get more and more targetted traffic. Simple.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought it was only against the TOS to reveal and discuss CTR and revealing your total impressions and earnings is not.
