Next time if it happens again, chopped some tomatoes, some onions, chopped coriander, lemon juice, you can add some dry fruits, add finely chopped ginger, salt to taste. Mix the whole thing, Serve with Chilled Coke. Good luck!
Use water instead of milk. Apparently bodybuilders do it for some reason. At least that's what one of the guys at work told me a few days ago. Water & cereal don't mix for me though.
