    social bookmarking sites is mostly used to get your blog/site indexed and crawled fast ,and to get traffic and ranking you must build some quality baclinks to your blog

    most social bookmarking is nofollow, so you cannot get rank from me
    most social bookmarking has too much content, you cannot get traffic from few submission
