i placed a new credit card on file with paypal...

    ...and i want to remove the old one. when i add the new one, do i still need to re-enroll into their Expanded Use Program? if let's say today i add the credit card, can i remove the old card on file? will doing so impose sending limits? i'm a premier member.

    Just add your new credit card then approve it and stuff like that so it actualy works. Then you can remove the other one, no limits should be set

    2 options...

    Either renew the expiry date of the old card
    Or
    Remove the card, then add a new card and verify it. Verifying any card is required

    Vcc or giftcards are the ones to use to open paypal account if you don't have visa handy.
