iPhone Apps development SDK used is called XCode. In XCode we use different types of frameworks
for e.g. Cocoa Touch , UIKit Framework, Cocos2d and Cocos3d etx

Best option is to use SDK, but it might be better to pay someone than to try to code something yourself.

 

The language used is called "Objective-C" and it's on the Cocoa Framework... Buy an Apple machine with an intel processor and then download "Xcode"
