    There sometimes occurs a problem with this system. Pre-composed items like eBooks or articles are not delivered to your email even after you clear the necessary payments. It's most likely a system bug.
    Have you tried contacting the author of the aforementioned eBook? If the author has received the payment from you by now, you can ask him/her to deliver the item directly to you without waiting for the system here to get rectified.
