I pasted in code and the ads don't appear - why?

I have a 728X90 underneath the spot under the animated banner and a 728X15 link unit under the text further below and wondering why my ads are not visible. See here. Thank you - - -

Its probably not the problem, but:

This is your problem:

Serve the ads directly from Google, not from an internal file.
