I passed A+2003 os technology exam today but partially by luck. I spent a lot of time studying networking information, but the single topic with the most questions were command line operations (I'd say 17 or so out of 80 questions). I expected some dos command questions, but not so many and I didnt expect xp and 2000 command line questions but they were there. I didnt spend a lot of time learning those, but was able to narrow most of the choices down to two and got lucky on the 50/50's I guess. The other thing I'd know really well before going into this is the differences between the 9x and nt boot processes.
OK, I'll bite Oneill, all your posts are about passing exams but you don't really go beyond that. Could you tell us a little about why you are sitting all these exams. And aren't you ashamed that you had to rely on luck. Is a qualification worth having if someone with a bit of luck can pass. I don't think employers would find it credible. Sarah
Congratulations! Good Job Now start posting stuff that isn't about exams, because no one really cares! erm, just kidding?
