I paid via Paypal to load $80 credit but on my account there's $0

    I paid via Paypal to load $80 credit but on my account there's $0 credit.
    Paypal Unique Transaction ID is 4BY20107813300424.
    I hope someone can help me as I need the ad to be up and running asap.
