I paid $25 yesterday for my ads but my account shows 0.00 ~ Please help

    Why does my account show 0 if I paid $25. Can anyone help with this? Should I just cancel my paypla payment?

    My guess is something strange is going on with the IPN notifications of the publisher's PayPal account. We'll see if we can work with them to get it resolved.

    Same problem here: It shows me the payment is completed, but nothing is deducted from my paypal/debit card therefore nothing appears on my dp advertiser account.

    That's the problem, the payment did not go through.
    When i want to add credits to my account, i click on add CPM, after i get auto-selected in the advertiser.php?do=fund Digital Point Solutions (digitalpoint.com), type in the amount, click submit:
    Payment Amount: $25.00 USD
    Payment To: Digital Point Solutions (digitalpoint.com)
    Fund Using paypal-> Log In to my paypal account-> Continue-> wait -> Get confirmation message: Payment completed (payment should post to your account within the next couple minutes). Returning to site list. -> Getting redirected back to my account advertiser.php?do=sites and nothing is credited there nor anything debited on my card.

    Do you have any sort of transaction within PayPal (maybe pending)?

    Strange... you may want to give PayPal a call to ask them what's up with your account. There's nothing we could do on our end to make a payment go through when PayPal said it did. We are only notified by PayPal AFTER a payment is made. So if they are telling you it happened but didn't, ultimately it would have to be something on their end.
