I own VisaVCC.com and VisaVCC.info. Bt register saying its great domain bt it has got legal trademark issue with Visa. They said they r affraid of phishing site so they r not permitting me so configuring it. I wanna use it for my VCC business online site. Any body hav any idea what could i do now. I already mailed them that i dont hav any intention to make phishing site. I already got proposal of buying it. Bt i intend to use it myself unless really good offer. BTW: Its Registered @ Name.com
You may tell them that is has nothing do to with Visa trademark - it has to do with visas in our passport! Visa can't just register some trademark and expect a taboo on that word.
If you haven't received a cease and desist letter yet, you'd better change the nameservers of your domain names right away. Its parking pages show ads to, of all things, credit card-related information. But if you got their letter already, then I'm afraid it's too late.
They sent me letter twice. Now they saying they will review my account. i sent them all required info. Its gonna be fine i think.
