    Facebook has billions for a lawsuit, how much do you have to fight this?
    Also Facebook is suing TeachBook over the TM. If they are going after teachers, how much notice do you think you'll have?

    I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice but I think trying to monetize it would be very dumb. It would show commercial interest.
