Really depends on how much work you want to put into it. I would make your adsense a little more targeted and maybe add some CB products on there that have to do with social media and traffic. You could even flip this for a good price if you wanted quick cash. The domain name and site combination is really good. Nice work.
If you are getting tons of visitors maybe start directing those visitors to another website of yours where you can sell them things, or collect email addresses.
